New York State Rugby Conference will hold its annual fall meeting on Sunday, September 7, 2003. The meeting will be held at the
Quality Inn North in Syracuse.

Each club MUST have at least one representative in attendance. League rules and guidelines will be covered and 2003-04 dues will be issued.
