The Last Annual General Meeting of the New York Rugby Conference, Inc. was held on Sunday November 13th, 2011 at the Double Tree Inn located at 6302 Carrier Pky, East Syracuse, New York

To the NYRC constituency:

The Last Annual General Meeting of the New York Rugby Conference, Inc. replica zenith watches will be held on Sunday November 13th, 2011 at the Double Tree Inn located at 6302 Carrier Pky, East Syracuse, New York beginning at 12:00 noon.

It is intended this will be the last NYRC, Inc. AGM.

All clubs are encouraged to send a representative to vote at this last meeting. Each club must have a separate representative.
The agenda will be generally as follows:

* Year in Review

* Financial Report

* Transition of Women's College D I, D II jewelry importer and D III and Men's College D II and D III to the administration of the GU for the fall 2012

* Note: Senior Men's will automatically transition to the GU, the Men's College D I teams have formed the Empire Rugby Conference and Youth and High School are leaving the NYRC and will belong to the new SBRO - "RugbyNY" as of Jan. 1, 2012

* General overview of the GU transition process

* At the end of the presentation, there will be a question and answer period about the GU transition process. PLEASE TAKE NOTE All clubs: Discussion about various clubs breaking away from USAR umbrella replica rolex watches uk and the requirements of forming separate conferences will not be entertained. All clubs are advised they will automatically come under the administration of the GU in 2012 unless they take affirmative action to form new, separate conferences, which is not the business of this meeting.

* Next, the dissolution of the New York Rugby Conference, Inc. will be taken to the floor for a vote of the membership. It is the recommendation of the Board of Directors to dissolve the NYRC once all dues have been distributed.

* The Board intends to distribute all remaining net funds to all the member clubs in proportion to their dues paid in 2011 prior to December 31, 2011, fake rolex watches pursuant to its authority under Article 5, Section 1 of the bylaws. The Board may take a vote of the membership on this issue if so advised. Again, all clubs are advised to send a representative to this meeting.

* Then the motion will be made to authorize the dissolution of the NYRC, INC.

* In any event, it is the intention of the current officers and directors to resign their NYRC positions at the AGM.

* There is no scheduled election of officers/directors for the upcoming year. None of the existing officers/board members will continue on.

In summary, this will be the last AGM of the NYRC, Inc. as constituted. All constituents are advised of the GU transition Thomas Sabo Jewelry and dissolution, termination and winding up of NYRC, Inc. business at this meeting.
