NYSRC is kicking off it's 2011 league season with a full slate of matches on September 10th. All teams are required to review the following and must take action to be prepared for the season.
NYSRC is kicking off it's 2011 league season with a full slate of matches on September 10th. ** Every member club within NYS Rugby is REQUIRED to be in compliance with the following to be considered in good standing and eligible for league competition.
Directory listing
Directory listings on the NYSRC website must be updated by September 8th. Any clubs that are not updated jewelry importer and current by September 8th WILL LOSE 1 POINT IN THE LEAGUE STANDINGS
League policies
All member clubs must review the league policies and guidelines at http://nysrugby.org/docs/docs/Bylaws.pdf and send an email to executive@nysrugby.org no later than September 8th acknowledging receipt of this document and agreeing to comply with the listed requirements. Any clubs that do not respond by September 8th WILL LOSE 1 POINT IN THE LEAGUE STANDINGS. This is in lieu of required attendance at a league meeting.
CIPP Registration
All teams must be CIPP registered and all players participating in a league game must be CIPP replica cartier watches registered with USA Rugby. Go to usarugby.org to register.
Confirmation of league games
It is the responsibility of the home team to communicate to the visiting team and the assigned referee one week before the scheduled game. If the referee has not been confirmed five days before the game the referee can and will be re-assigned to another game.
Score reporting
Scores must be reported by the winning team within 24 hours after the game or the winning team Buy Replica Watches WILL LOSE 1 POINT IN THE STANDINGS. In the case of a tie it is the responsibility of the home team to report the score
Match rosters
Match rosters - Every team is required to have a completed match roster form available for the referee and the opposing team at least one hour prior to kick off. All match rosters must have complete CIPP information for all players listed for that day's game. College teams must also have complete student ID numbers listed. Any team may require photo replica rolex watches ID's to verify roster compliance but these requests must be made one hour before kick off to give teams time to complete this process and still warm up
