Buffalo Rugby to Host Winterfest 7s

The Buffalo Rugby Club is hosting a sevens tournament for the newest summer Olympic sport! Rugby players young and old will travel from across New York State, the Midwest, and Canada to play in the most treacherous of winter conditions on February 12, 2011 at La Salle Park.

The typically fast-paced rugby sevens will be contradicted by the winter wind and snow to create a game that is fun for all. ALCOHOL is NOT permitted!
