Youth and HS Rugby Stakeholders To Convene
Annual Meeting to be held Jan. 15 in Albany - Save the Date
You are invited to join Youth and High School Rugby leaders from across New York State in Albany on Saturday January 15th to take the next steps forward for Youth Rugby NY, our SBRO (State Based Rugby Organization) at the 3nd Youth Rugby NY Youth and High School Rugby Conference. The meeting will be held in the Large Auditorium at the Albany Public Library.
After last years highly successful State Championship we are looking to build on that momentum during 2011. At our last meeting in January of 2010 an initial organizational framework was established and the first ever NYS High School
Championship was planned. The focus of this year's gathering will be to approve the organization's bylaws and governance structure, elect directors and officers, and continue work on a strategic plan to move youth and high school rugby forward in New York State.
The conference will be facilitated by USA Rugby Youth and High School Director Mark Griffin. It is being hosted by Capitol District Youth Rugby and will be held at the following:

Anyone with an interest in seeing rugby grow and prosper at the Youth and High School levels in New York State should plan to attend.
