Paid position for D1 Club
Cornell Women's Rugby Seeks Coach
Cornell Women’s Rugby is seeking a head coach for its club. The club currently has more than 35 members, including full A and B sides. The coach would compensated for his or her time and have the full support of two captains and eight player board members.
The coach would be responsible for developing practice and match plans with team captains, while the board would take care of scheduling, fundraising, recruitment, and other administrative details. Women’s rugby is a club sport at Cornell funded through student government and the team’s own fundraising efforts.
Practice currently takes place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5-7pm at the team's pitch, with games on Saturdays. The practice schedule can be flexible depending on the needs of the coach.
