To all NYS Rugby-member clubs -

Please be advised of the following:

Referee Assignments
Referee assignments for the Fall 2010 season have been posted on NYSRugby.org. Clubs hosting games are advised to contact their assigned referees and their opponents immediately to confirm location or the field, directions, etc.

It is NYS Rugby policy for the HOME team to confirm, IN WRITING, the contest with the assigned referee no later than 9:00PM the Sunday prior. Failure to do so will release the Referee from the assignment and make said Referee available for re-assignment to another contest.


Schedule Changes
Please be advised that all divisional schedules have been posted on NYSRugby.org for the Fall 2010 season. Note that dates and times are subject to change based on referee availability and coverage.

You are encouraged to check your schedule on a regular basis to keep up with the updates. Please direct any questions to the appropriate divisional VP or to J.C. Whipple, Executive DIrector, at executive@nysrugby.org.
