Notice of Potential 2011 Dues Increase
To NYS Rugby member clubs -
At its March 2010 meeting, the New York State Rugby Conference's Executive Board discussed the possibility of a dues increase to be effective for the 2011 calendar year. For most members, this increase represents the first dues increase in nearly a decade. The Board has discussed, among other options, the possibility of a $200 increase, which represents an annual increase of about 2.5% since the last general dues increase.
No increase will be implemented until the 2011 Budget is approved by members at the 2010 Annual General Meeting in November 2010. This notice is intended to inform members of the possible increase in order to allow members to make the necessary arrangements.
