2010 NYS Rugby AGM Review

SYRACUSE -- NYS Rugby held its 2010 Annual General Meeting on Saturday, November 13, in Syracuse, NY. The meeting provides membership a chance to interact with the Executive Board, review the previous years' accomplishments, a budget review of 2010 and a vote on the 2011 budget, discussion and vote on proposed bylaw ammendments and elections for the 2011 Executive Committee.

2010 AGM Minutes

The Treasurer seat on the Executive Board remains open - and the appointment will be filled by a vote of the Board. Interested candidates should must have a Business Management, Finance or Accounting background.

NYS Rugby would like to recognize and thank Tom Rienzo, out-going Treasurer, for his 20 years of board service, including the past 10 as Treasurer. Thank You Tom.

The following board members were elected to a one-year term, set to expire at the 2010 AGM:
President - Mike Hodgins (Batavia, NY)
Secretary - Bill Pulos (Alfred, NY)
Treasurer - Open
VP Senior Men - Sean Borromei (Rochester, NY)
VP Collegiate Men - Andy McDonnell (Latham, NY)
VP Women - Kristin Huber (Buffalo, NY)
VP Youth - Clarence Picard (Buffalo, NY)
VP At-Large - Greg Fehrman (Syracuse, NY)
