CIPP Membership Requirements

Annually, several clubs are not compliant with the USA Rugby Membership requirements.

If your club is not compliant with individual or club CIPP registration with USA Rugby, it is not eligible to compete in NYS Rugby league games.

Clubs have until Sept. 18 to have all current players CIPP registered through USA Rugby. Clubs submitting Match Roster Forms not completed in full (including CIPP and College ID numbers) will receive a one (1) point deduction in the league standings.

EVERY person who is going to step on the rugby field for a league match MUST registered with USA Rugby. As of early this morning, several club has ZERO (0) registered players, and several more did not have a full fifteen (15) registered. CIPP registration must be completed prior to the start of the Fall 2010 season.
