All Competing Clubs Must Comply

NYS Rugby CIPP Policies

All clubs competing in NYS Rugby matches must comply with the following CIPP procedures:

* Club USA Rugby CIPP must be current and paid
* ALL players must be CIPP registered
* CIPP rosters MUST be presented to referees along with NYS match rosters
* If a player on a match roster is not CIPP registered, that team may face a forfeit, fine, and/or suspension
* Clubs and players must be registered (paid) prior to playing in any NYS match
