NYS Rugby General Survey

To all member clubs -

As we embark on a strategic planning season and as the AGM nears, NYS Rugby is reaching out for feedback on how the Conference is providing service to each Club. We are asking you to objectively answer the following questions broken into various areas.

This survery may also be accessed at:

The information will be compiled and presented at the AGM in November.

Please fill out and return to Greg Fehrman at gfehrman@cscos.com.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and remember your feedback is most important to us. At the end of each of the various sections there is a comment field that we encourage you to add any additional feedback that you may feel is useful.
