Information Required to Host Tournaments

To NYS Rugby member clubs -

NYS Rugby is requesting that clubs seeking to host a tournament in the Spring of 2011, provide pertinent information ASAP. ALL spring tournaments must be approved and certified by NYS Rugby prior to any dissemination of information.

Tournaments may not be scheduled for April 16-17, as not to coincide with the Collegiate Upstates. Tournaments will be awarded dates and referees on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following information must be provided:

* Host Club
* Date
* Number of Clubs participating
* Site
* Cost
* Contact (including phone and email)
* EMT confirmation
* Restroom facility confirmation
* Security office confirmation (if on college campus)
* Other pertinent information

In addition, for dissemination of information, the host club must provide a write-up which should include all of the above and also include directions to the site.
