Mandatory Requirements - Take Action Today
NYS Rugby Fall Meeting - Sept. 7
The NYS Rugby Fall League Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 7, at the Ramada Inn in Syracuse (1305 Buckley Road, Syracuse). The meeting will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.
* It is MANDATORY for EVERY team to have at least one (1) representative in attendance at the meeting (only Youth clubs are exempt from attending meeting). If a team should fail to have representation, one (1) point will be deducted from your league standings. In years past, this has had serious implications on league playoffs.
* Clubs are REQUIRED to update its contact information on the NYS Rugby website. It is MANDATORY to have this information updated PRIOR to the Fall Meeting (Sept. 7). Should a club fail to do so, one (1) point will be deducted from its league standings.
Go to NYSRugby.org > Update the Directory. The Team Identification Number (TIN) will be required to proceed. Should you not have your TIN, contact J.C. Whipple immediately.
No exceptions will be granted if not completed - get this done today!
* Clubs are required to create a dedicated email address for communication purposes. I.E.: nysrugby@gmail.com / sumensrugby@hotmail.com / blackhorserugby@yahoo.com.
