Club Invites Players Who are In Buffalo Area for the Summer
Buffalo Rugby Club Summer Rugby
The Buffalo Rugby Club invites collegiate rugby players who are spending the early summer in western New York to be part of its competitive summer rugby team. Buffalo is the premier rugby team in the western New york area competing both in the Midwest 1st and NYS 3rd divisions.

The summer team will practice once a week on Wednesday evenings 6:30PM-8:30PM at the Delaware Park rugby field beginning May 14.There are now 5 matches scheduled with one or two more possible. The most exciting event may be the match vs the Toronto Irish Canadian U-21 team at Fletchers fields in Toronto, May 31. The Toronto Irish first team will be playing Shannon RFC of Ireland and the Ontario select side will be hosting the English side Leicester County. Other matches later in the schedule are the Dead Ants Tourney and matches in Niagara and Burlington, Ontario.
Practices begin 6:30 pm May 14 at the Delaware Park rugby field and continue each Wednesday through the end of June.

Experienced coaches and mens club players will conduct practices and will emphasize the teaching of rugby skills and team work. You will become teammates with other ambitious rugby players who are eager to take their game to the next level.
