NYS Rugby Seeks Hosts for U-19 Champs / All-Stars

Be a part of the excitement and growth of youth rugby in New York State! NYS Rugby is seeking hosts for the 2008 U-19 Conference Championship games, held on May 24 or 25, and the 2008 All-Star Games, scheduled for June 1.

Both events include two (2) 70 minute games. Bids are available for one or both events.

If your club is interested in hosting either or both of these events, please include the following in your proposal:

* Venue / field
* Time slots available
* Medical coverage
* Post-game social for players
* Media exposure / coverage
* Projected expenses
* Other: (T-shirt sales, programs, food sales, etc)

* Please note that this is a High School event and therefore no alcoholic beverage will be permitted at the venue.

Send host bids to J.C. Whipple, Executive Director, at executive@nysrugby.org. Bids are due by February 29.
