NYS Rugby 2008 Annual General Meeting
November 15, 2008 Doubletree Hotel * Syracuse, NY

The 2008 NYS Rugby Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, at the Doubletree Hotel (Carrier Circle). The meeting will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.

Each member club is strongly encouraged to have at least one (1) representative in attendance.

Clubs will be checked in upon arrival and will receive one (1) voting card per club for Bylaw Votes and Board Elections.
