To all clubs competing in NYS / NRU Playoffs -

The following documents will be required for all collegiate playoff teams. Documents are to be carried with you throughout the NYS / NRU / USA playoffs, and will need to be presented upon registration prior to each competition.

* Match Roster Form
* Current USA Rugby Team CIPP list
* Original copies of the USA Rugby Collegiate Eligibility form - this must completed in its entirety and certified by the school Registrar (including raised seal from registrar)
