Collegiate Playoff Requirements
To all NYS Rugby collegiate clubs-
As the playoffs are quickly approaching,Collegiate clubs should begin to compile the necessary documentation needed. If your clubs has the potential to make the playoffs, you should begin work on the following:
Each club participating in the NYS Rugby Collegiate playoffs (both men's and women's) will need to present the following items at registration / check-in prior to each playoff competition:
* Match Roster Form
* USA Rugby Collegiate Eligibility form - Original copies must be completed in its entirety and certified by the school Registrar (including raised seal from registrar)
*** D3 Collegiate Clubs are not required to submit the USA Rugby Collegiate Eligibility form, as their playoffs do not lead to a USA Rugby National Championship. D3 Clubs should be prepared to present a Match Roster Form, completed in its entirety with CIPP and Student ID#s, and supporting IDs as necessary. This will be necessary for each and every game throughout your participation in the playoffs.

** Please Note: Your school's Registrar may take some time to complete the form referenced. Give yourself plenty of time to get this completed.
These forms will be carried with you throught the NYS/NRU/USA playoffs, and will need to be presented upon registration prior to each competition. Make sure you receive the Collegiate Eligibility Forms back from the game official or administrators at the competition site.
*** D3 Collegiate Clubs DO NOT need to complete
