Clubs Not Compliant Have Until October 4th
CIPP Registration Deadline
In accordance with NYSRC policy, any player listed on a match roster form has to be registered with USA Rugby's CIPP program. This policy applies to all players listed on the form, not just players who participate in a match.
While most of our teams have complied with the conference CIPP policy, there remain a handful of clubs that have not. As of Monday, October 1st, the following clubs are in violation of the conference CIPP policy are:
Buffalo State Men
Fredonia Men
Fredonia Women
Geneseo Men
Oswego Men
Potsdam Men
St. John Fisher Women
St. Lawrence Women
Teams will be given to Thursday October 4th to register their players or provide proof of registration or they will not be allowed to continue in NYSRC league play. If your team has registered players and is paying by invoice, you must provide copies of your registration forms listing each player's name and a copy of the invoice submitted for payment to USA Rugby.

All mail must be received no later that Thursday October 4th.
All teams are also reminded that they must provide proof of CIPP registration along with their match roster forms prior to each match. Referees will be strictly enforcing this policy and any team not providing proper proof of CIPP will be forfeited.
