NYS Rugby Fall Meeting - Sept. 9

To all NYS Rugby clubs-

The Fall League Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 9, at the Ramada Inn in Syracuse (1305 Buckley Road, Syracuse). The meeting will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.

It is MANDATORY for EVERY team to have at least one (1) representative in attendance at the meeting. If a team should fail to have representation, one point will be deducted from your league standings. In years past, this has had implications on league playoffs.


* Clubs are required to update its 2007 contact information immediately. You may do so by logging on to the NYS Rugby site and using the "Update the Directory" link on the left column.

In addition, clubs are required to create a dedicated email address for communication purposes. I.E.: nysrugby@gmail.com / sumensrugby@hotmail.com / blackhorserugby@yahoo.com.

GET THIS DONE TODAY.


Please contact J.C. Whipple, Executive Director if you need any additional information. More will follow as we continue to move closer to the official opening of the 2007 Fall season.
