Set Scrum Clinic at GCC in Batavia
NYS Rugby, in conjunction with USA Rugby, is proud to announce a set scrum clinic for all area coaches presented by USA Eagles scrum coach Bill LeClerc. The clinic will be held on Wednesday, June 6, at Genesee Community College in Bataiva from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
LeClerc is the leading scrum coach in the United States. His
background includes USA Rugby Men's National Team scrum coach, working
closely with NZ All Blacks Scrum Coach Mike Cron, and helping USA
implement a scrum system/approach similar to that Cron is using with the NZ All Blacks.
USA Eagles Coach Peter Thorburn has asked Bill to travel the country and share the Eagles' approach to scrummaging. This will be a great way to learn leading edge techniques and share in the best practices from our national team.
There is no charge for this event. For additional information or
questions contact Mike Hodgins at mhodgins@hodginsprinting.com.
