New York State Rugby Annual General Meeting - Dec 8, 2002
Noon Saturday December 7 Syracuse, NY
The NYSRC AGM will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7, in Syracuse, NY.
Each club is REQUIRED to have at least one representative in attendance.
The meeting will take place at the Quality Inn at Buckley Road and 7th North
and begin promptly at 12 p.m.
DIRECTIONS:
I-90 ex 36 to I-81S ex 25, rt onto 7th N. rt at light onto Buckley Rd I-81N
or S ex 25 (7th N), rt at end of ramp, rt onto Buckley Rd.
It is strongly suggested by NYSRC that all clubs hold their elections for
the 2003-04 year prior to the AGM, so that those new officers
may be in attendance.
Again - each club is required to be represented at this meeting.
