Information for Clubs Seeking to Host Tournaments

Spring Tournament Bids

To NYS Rugby member clubs -

NYS Rugby is requesting that clubs seeking to host a tournament in the Spring of 2007, provide pertinent information ASAP. ALL spring tournaments must be approved and certified by NYS Rugby prior to any dissemination of information.

Tournaments will be awarded dates and referees on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following information must be provided:

* Host Club
* Date
* Site
* Cost
* Contact (including phone and email)
* EMT confirmation
* Restroom facility confirmation
* Security office confirmation (if on college campus)
* Other pertinent information

In addition, for dissemination of information, the host club must provide a write-up or flyer announcing the tournament which should include all of the above and also include directions to the site.
