Mandatory Fall Meeting to be held on Sunday, Sept. 10
Fall Meeting / Information
To all NYS Rugby Members -
As we kick off the 2006 fall season, please see the following informational items:
* The Fall League Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 10, at the Ramada Inn in Syracuse (1305 Buckley Road, Syracuse). The meeting will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.
It is MANDATORY for EVERY team to have at least one (1) representative in attendance at the meeting. If a team should fail to have representation, one point will be docked from your league standings.
* Clubs should begin updating their 2005 contact information immediately. You may do so by logging on to the NYS Rugby site and using the "Update the Directory" link on the left column.
In addition, clubs are required to create a dedicated email address for communication purposes. I.E.: nysrugby@gmail.com / sumensrugby@hotmail.com / blackhorserugby@yahoo.com. GET THIS DONE TODAY.
Please contact J.C. Whipple, Executive Director if you need any additional information. More will follow as we continue to move closer to the official opening of 2006.
