Adirondack Region - Empire State Games 7s Tryouts

To: Any female college rugby player returning to the Adirondack region (Counties of: Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schoharie, Schenectady, St. Lawrence, Rensselaer, Warren, Washington) for the summer.

What: 7's Rugby, Adirondack Region Empire State Games (ESG) 7's team. Where: Rochester, NY
When: July 28-29 (Friday & Saturday)

Tryout dates: May 31 (Albany), June 1 (Saranac Lake), June 5 (Chestertown), and June 7 (Albany). Must attend at least two tryouts. Tryouts start at 6:30pm. More info can be found at:

Commitment required:
Monday and Wednesday evening training sessions. June 12-July 29.
Practice locations to be determined.

Tournaments
July 28-29: Empire State Games-Rochester, NY
June 10: Springfield 7's (Springfield, MA)
July 15: New Jersey 7's (Princeton, NJ)
July 22: Cape Cod 7's (Eastham, MA)
