ROCHESTER, NY -- NYS Rugby, in conjunction with the Rochester Colonials, held the 39th annual Collegiate Upstates tournament at Genesee Valley Park here on Saturday, April 29.

Buffalo captured the men's Division I title, while Buffalo State and RIT claimed the Division II and Division III crowns, respectively.
