The NYS Rugby Referee Society is looking for a venue to hold a Referee's Tournament. Requirements are for a venue that will hold at least two, preferably three, regulation (or near regulation) sized fields, enough surrounding area to pitch a large tent, hold a barbecue, sufficient parking for up to six teams and fifteen referees and have appropriate sanitary facilities for the number of people in attendance. Showers or swimming facilities would be a major plus.

The Referee Society will pay a reasonable fee for suitable facilities if necessary.

There will be no entry fee for the tournament and the referee's society will host a hamburger/hot dog and soft drink barbecue for all.

This tournament will be a learning/training venue for new and experienced referees.
