NYS Rugby Must Approve All Tournaments
To all NYS Rugby member clubs

NYS Rugby is requesting that clubs
furnish information for all 2006 spring
tournaments ASAP. ALL spring
tournaments must be approved and
certified by NYS Rugby prior to any
dissemination of information.
The following information must be
provided:
* Host Club
* Date
* Site
* Cost
* Contact (including phone and
email)
* EMT confirmation
* Bathroom facility
confirmation
* Security office confirmation (if on
college campus)
* Other pertinent information
In addition, for dissemination of
information, the host club must provide
a write-up or flyer announcing the
tournament which should include all of
the above and also include directions to
the site.

Tournaments will be awarded dates and
referees on a first-come, first-served
basis.
