Tournament
Information
Welcome to the 38th Annual New York State Rugby Conference Upstates Tournament,
co-sponsored by NYS Rugby and the Rochester Colonials. This will prove
to be a weekend of great competition and camaraderie. We look forward
to seeing all of the teams registered to compete at Genesee Valley Park
in Rochester on Saturday and Sunday.

Registration
Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. All participants
MUST show a VALID college/university ID to be eligible for competition.
Directions
From The East
Motorists coming to Rochester via the New York State Thruway, Rt. 90,
should use Exit 46; take I-390 North to Exit 17. Turn left onto Scottsville
Road. At the second light, bear right onto Elmwood Avenue. Follow signs
for tournament parking for Genesee Valley Park.
From The West
Use Thruway Exit 47, take I-490 East to I-390 South to Exit 17. Take a
left onto Scottsville Road. At the third light, bear right onto Elmwood
Avenue. Follow signs for tournament parking for Genesee Valley Park.
From The South
Take I-390 North to Exit 17. Turn left onto Scottsville Road. At the second
light, bear right onto Elmwood Avenue. Follow signs for tournament parking
for Genesee Valley Park.
Hotels
The
official tournament hotel is the Rochester
Crowne Point Hotel. Rooms are $75 per night for a quad rate. For
an additional $15, rollaway beds are available. All reservations must
be made through Monica Harnichfeger, sales manager.

NY I-90 to Exit 47 (490 East)
Take Plymouth Avenue Exit
Take Right onto Plymouth Avenue

Depart Thruway (I-90) at Exit 45 (Victor Exit)

Proceed to the third light, Turn Left onto Broad Street
Proceed to the third light, Turn Right onto Exchange Street

From the South
Directions Heading North on I-390
Exit to Rochester I-490 East
Follow I-490 East to Plymouth Avenue Exit (Exit 13)
