2004 NYS Rugby Annual General Meeting
New York State Rugby will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday,
November 20, 2004 at 12:00 p.m. The meeting
will be held at the Village Common at Drivers' Village in Syracuse, NY.
NYS Rugby will hold the AGM in the Conference Center at Village Common.
Each member club of
NYS Rugby (including all colleges) is required to have at least one representative
in attendance. Those clubs in attendance will have their 2005 Team CIPP
paid for by NYS Rugby (please not this is team CIPP, not CIPP for individual
athletes).
The AGM will include
a board vote for 2005 officers, financial review, review of league guidelines,
and presentation of team and MVP trophies for 2004 champions.
Each club must RSVP
to J.C. Whipple, NYS Rugby Executive Director, at jcwhip4@hotmail.com
by November 17.
DIRECTIONS TO VILLAGE COMMON at DRIVERS VILLAGE:
FROM NORTH
Route 81 South past Cicero to 481 North exit. Exit at E. Circle Drive,
take right. Turn left on Hogan Road (traffic light at McDonald’s),
then right into Driver’s Village. You may also stay on E. Circle
Drive and enter Driver’s Village once you pass Burlington Coat Factory
(entrance on left).
FROM SOUTH
Route 81 North, approximately 5 miles north of Syracuse to 481 North exit.
Exit at E. Circle Drive, take right. Turn left on Hogan Road(traffic light
at McDonald’s), then right into Driver’s Village.
You may also stay
on E. Circle Drive and enter Driver’s Village once you pass Burlington
Coat Factory (entrance on left).
FROM EAST
NYS Thruway (Rt. 90) west to exit 34A. Take Route 481 North to the E.
Circle Drive exit, take right. Turn left on Hogan Road (traffic light
at McDonald’s), then right into Driver’s Village.

on E. Circle Drive and enter Driver’s Village once you pass Burlington
Coat Factory (entrance on left).
FROM WEST
NYS Thruway (Rt. 90) east to exit 36. Route 81 North, approximately 5
miles north of Syracuse to 481 North exit. Exit at E. Circle Drive, take
right. Turn left on Hogan Road(traffic light at McDonald’s), then
right into Driver’s Village.
You may also stay
on E. Circle Drive and enter Driver’s Village once you pass Burlington
Coat Factory (entrance on left).
LOCAL DIRECTIONS
If you are travelling from the northern suburbs (North Syracuse, Cicero,
Mattydale, Liverpool, etc.), you can take Route 11 or South Bay Road,
to the site of the former Penn Can Mall. Driver’s Village is just
off East Circle Drive, which connects both Rt. 11 and South Bay Road.
