2004 Collegiate Championships - Host Bids
Host an exciting weekend of rugby!!

The NYS Rugby Board of Directors is soliciting bids to host the 2004 NYS Rugby Collegiate Championships. The 2004 championship weekend is scheduled for October 30-31.

For the past several years, the championship has been held at Genesee Community College in Batavia, NY, and hosted by the Genesee Creamers RFC.

Potential hosts must be able to provide the following, at minimum:

* Three (3) regulation-size playing fields with proper lining, goalposts, restraints
* Emergency medical personnel on-site
* Bathroom facilities on-site
* Concession on-site
* Covered facilities (tent) with tables and chairs for tournament personnel
* Staff on-site for tournament operations

All bids, provided in written form, must be submitted to J.C. Whipple, NYS Rugby Executive Director, at jcwhip4@hotmail.com. Deadline for bids is September 7 at 5:00 p.m.
