Each season we encourage every team to send a representative to the Level
1 referee course given at a location near you.
This course is designed to instruct you on the basics in refereeing. You
will receive a law book, whistle, and study material to help you better
understand the game as well as an opprotunity to seek referee certification
within USA Rugby.
