2004 CIPP Forms Available On-Line
Visit USARugby.org to Register

All athletes competing in NYS Rugby-sanctioned matches MUST be CIPP registered. 2004 CIPP forms are now available on the USA Rugby website at the following address:

In addition, clubs that were not in attendance at the AGM on December 6, must CIPP register their club. Those forms are available at:
