Note: You must check in at least 30 minutes before your 1st scheduled game.

LOCATION: Delaware Park, Buffalo NY (Same fields near Buffalo Zoo)

ENTRANCE FEE: $200 per team ($150 for a second side)
Note: You must pay in advance to guarantee your reservation. This year's tournament limit is 32 teams. Sign up now if you want to enter!!!!

The tournament format will be the same as last year. Format is as follows:
" (2) Men's Divisions (A&B) and (1) Woman's Division
" Hong Kong 7's playoff format. (In other words, all teams make the playoffs to compete for the bowl, plate or cup).
" Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
" Unlimited substitutions during the game. You need to notify the ref to make a substitution.
" Any player receiving a red card will be banned from all remaining games.
" Any team late 5 minutes past scheduled game time will result in a forfeit for that game.

Hotel Info: The downtown Radisson Suites (601 Main & Chippewa) is the official hotel of Winterfest. Phone # (716) 854-5500, Contact Person- Wendy Clubine. Mention that you are participating in Winterfest Rugby tournament to receive the discount room rate of $72 per room (up to 4 people per room) including hot breakfast, a complimentary drink, and parking. This location is perfect if you want to be next to the nightlife downtown in the Chippewa Bar district.

Other Info: Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the main tent. This year we will have tournament T-shirts and hats available for purchase. We will also have a social event after the tournament (time and location T.B.D.). The Park's commissioner has asked us to remind everyone "No parking on the grass".
