The Northeast College Allstars are proud to announce the following squad to compete for the 2003 National Collegiate Allstar Championship at the California Maritime Academy in Vallejo, California, June 6,7.
This is strong squad led by five returners from the 2002 team including Honorable Mention All Americans Jeff Reiman and Epeli Rokotuiveikau and six players from National College Championship finalists Harvard University.
Coast Guard, Providence, New Hampshire, St Bonaventure, and Binghampton are represented for the first time.

The Northeast College Allstars will compete for the National College Allstar Championship
June 6-7, 2003. The venue is the California Maritime Academy in Vallejo, CA.
The team is selected from college players from New York State, New England and Metropolitan New York.
Tryouts for 2003 will be in Albany, Sunday May 11 and Sunday May 18 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
Based on performance at the tryouts a squad of 36 will be invited to a camp in Albany, Friday May 23 12 Noon Sunday 25 3:00 PM.
From this group a team of 22 players will be selected to represent the Northeast Territory.
All players who attend the tryouts must be USA Rugby members for 2003 (CIPP).
Players attending the tryout must bring a College Individual Eligibilty Form completed by their college registrar. (Only one form is required for all players from the same school).
Player cost is $35 for the camp and $300 for the competition. This includes travel, lodging and kit.
