| 1991 | Open competition. The 28 mens teams were divided into east and west conferences. Each of the these were further divided into 3 divisions. The six division winners and 2 wildcards played off in round one for the final four places. The final four was held for many years in Delaware Park, Buffalo, NY and was organized by Steve Kuznik. | 1993 | In 1993 the New York State Collegiate Tournament was created as the showcase for the finals of NYS collegiate conference. For the first time the men, women and allstar championships were held at the same time and place. New York State Collegiate Championship Tournament is born.
