At our first appearance in the prestigious Can Am Tournament a team of players with Northeast collegiate roots made its way to the big field and the B division championship game vs the Schenectady Reds and lost 25 - 8. Schenectady blew through their bracket with impressive scores powered by invitational players from San Diego based OMBAC. At halftime the score was 8 - 8 but the experience and size of the Schenectady squad eventually prevailed.
